1. Your camper is all parked, set up and waiting for you every time you pull in to camp. Yes!!!!
  2. Since you’d be camping with us regularly, you would actually get to know some of the other
    campers rather than spending your weekends with strangers. A nice plus!
  3. Seasonals tend to use their campers more because there’s no hassle in making reservations, or
    trying to decide where to go. So it’s nice to get more use out of your camper rather than just
    looking at it parked in your driveway at home. Makes sense, right?
  4. You save $$ on gas and help the environment by not having to tow your camper anywhere other
    than to set it up on a site in the Spring. We give you the option of storing your camper with us in
    the off-season for a minimal fee, or even better, we’ll store it onsite for free if you pay for the
    following season in advance.
  5. You are guaranteed a full hookup site! All of our seasonals have water, 30 amp electric, and
    sewer facilities. Electric usage is metered and billed monthly.
  6. We have a generous guest policy before any charges apply. Another plus!
  7. New camping units coming into the park on a seasonal basis may not be over 10 years old, which
    is our way of keeping the neighborhood looking spiffy.
  8. Since you’re here for the season, you may need extra storage space. Storage buildings are for
    rent in a central location or even better; they are included with your site if you lease a premium
    site.(Other storage facilities and outside refrigerators are not allowed; once again, our reasoning is
    to keep your neighborhood looking nice.)
  9. We have several premium sites for seasonal campers who like even more space. These sites are
    very large and include 50 amp electric service, along with an onsite 8 x 8 storage building. And as
    mentioned earlier, there is no additional fee for winter storage on these sites. A great bonus!
  10. Our activities are geared toward our seasonal campers because we try to make it a habit to please

We would love to have you join our growing number of seasonals; they are a great bunch of
people. Our season starts the first Friday in May and runs until Columbus Day every year so
there are plenty of camping days ahead.
